Post number #68! YAY. Let's try to make it Post #100 by the end of the year.
Inter-class game is supposingly to end of the year with a bang, as in the fun way. inter-class games, malacca trip etc. etc. will be probably the memorable few events of our last year in hongwen. i know that some classes are prejudiced with us. it's okay. inter-class is suppose to be, i help mr. dass reinforce,
1) event that will strengthen our class bond
2) strengthen the bonds of the class teams
3) build team work
4) build sportmanship.
inter-class games is not
just about winning, you know. it's about those four points. those four points are way more important than winning. winning won't last throughout our entire lives. life-long learning will. let's take all our failures as learning experiences of as mistakes. only then, will we be able to learn.
what are the perceptions of us of other class isn't important the slightest. how we see ourselves is more important. not that we should all be going self-consious or anything, is just that as long as we see ourselves as "good citizens" it's alright. We need to build up our self-eestem.
Urm... to other class people. You have to understand that mrs chiam has already told us to drop the matter. or rather stop pursuing it. Not that you have to go apologising to us or anything. It's just that your jeering/name calling has caused our ego to sustained many, many, many deep cuts and bruises. you have to understand that ego "bruises" and "cuts" cannot be "cured" with your sympathetic coos and all. To stop the wounds from going any deeper, you could stop jeering/ name calling.
Okay, wait i suddenly realise that i'm contradictioring myself. i'm starting to lose my self-eestem. all this talk about ego. gah. -.- i'm leading you out of the point.
Anyway as mentioned in the first paragraph, this is our #68th post. So for people who post after me, you could start the post by mentioning the post number. like " #(no.) post!
