I apologise for not updating the blog for a few weeks. N now, I hereby announce the oncoming of the Napfa test. Train your muscles well, get ready on the tracks n BOOM! It's the 1.6 run! I'm sure tat all of you except Si Ying n Alicia had taken the 5 stations and r fully prepared for tomorrow's run Some reminders: -have a light breakfast b4 u come 2 school n drink enough water before u start the run to prevent u from suffering from dehydration (haha) -visit the washroom b4 the run in case u pee while u r running Dear 6R,here is wishing u the best of luck tmrw. Hope u do well! |
